JJ's flower shop is Atlanta's go-to for modern & creative floral design

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who share our love for florals, creativity, and customer service. Floral experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Our mission is to make florals accessible and joyful, bring happiness to our city, and create an inclusive atmosphere. We're dedicated to outstanding customer service, crafting visually stunning arrangements, and fostering a welcoming environment. Come join us in inspiring our guests to explore their creative side and discover the magic of floral arranging. Our operating hours are between 11am-7pm daily, with shifts tailored to roles and availability. Weekend availability is highly appreciated and sometimes required.

The Roles
Floral Assistant (Part Time or Full Time Role)

As a floral assistant, you will be the face of JJ’s Flower Shop. You will be spending your days with your hands on flowers, mingling with customers, and managing the daily flow of our retail shop. 

  • Greet customers and check customers out
  • Merchandise and clean the shop as needed 
  • Process flowers 
  • Assist with the Build-Your-Own-Bouquet experience 
  • Design floral arrangements and wrapped bouquets for pickup or delivery
  • Manage the delivery process and assist delivery drivers with questions
  • Answer the phone and emails 
Shop Manager (Full Time Role)

Floral Assistant tasks as mentioned above will occasionally be required, but mostly will be higher managerial roles including:

  • Manage our team
  • Manage VIP clients
  • Manage training
  • Problem solve as situations arise
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including emails, social media, scheduling, etc
