Our creative events team will be in touch via email or phone to chat through your custom order or event, understand what you’re looking for and gather ideas. We aim to reach out within 48 hours, but we may be slightly delayed if we’re out of office on an event production. 

Often clients have their own vision and event theme in mind, but we’re passionate about bringing our own ideas and creativity to the table to complement theirs in the best way. We’ll recommend the perfect blooms, sizing and styling to make the most impact for your event. Depending on the event size, timeframe, or budget, we may include a custom mood board to show you the design direction. The floral process is subject to seasonality and availability, but we’ll always ensure you’re receiving the most beautiful blooms every time.

Once the design and budget are finalized, we’ll organize all the logistical details like delivery, timing etc, ensuring the entire process goes smoothly. You’ll have a dedicated JJ’s team member to liaise with and lead your project.

Our florals are dropped off by our delivery partner, boxed carefully and ready to be placed around your event - simply give them a little fluff post transit, dry off the vessel and add water! Depending on size and scope of the project, we do offer on site installation and set up for events - just ask us.
