Local delivery is offered between 10am-5pm Friday-Sunday. We appreciate your patience during one of our busiest times of the year! Though we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, please email manager@jjsflowershop.com for any specific time requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. Pickup from our Dunwoody store is always an option!

In the event we cannot deliver your flowers due to a factor outside of our control (missing delivery information, no gate code, or missing point of contact etc), there may be an additional delivery fee.

Arrangements not picked up during 10am-5pm will be forfeited after 24 hours, unless another pick up time has been arranged. No refunds will be honored.

Care tips

For vase arrangements, fill the vase with cool water, replacing any water that may have spilled in transit from our shop. Flowers' longevity highly depends on care. Change water daily, avoid direct sunlight or heat and remove any wilting stems as they age.

Our promise

To deliver fresh and unique blooms in each and every delivery. In order to meet our quality standards (and because we are at the mercy of Mother Nature) this may mean we need to substitute a flower and/or color in your order. While we cannot guarantee the exact color or what the exact flower combinations will be, we do guarantee that you or your recipient will love this fresh, colorful, and beautiful piece!
